Every dream deserves a chance to shine, and Vaishali’s story is a true reflection of this belief.
A bright student from Batala, Vaishali excelled in her academics right from the start. She scored 92.4% in her Class 10 Board Exams and later achieved an outstanding 96.6% in her Class 12 Board Exams (2021). Her dedication and hard work were recognized when she was honoured with the Dr. Bakhtawar Singh Memorial Award by Bedi Foundation for her academic excellence.
But soon after this success, life took a difficult turn. Due to severe financial hardships and family responsibilities, Vaishali was forced to drop out of college despite her strong academic potential. Her dream of higher education seemed to fade away.
This is where Bedi Foundation stepped in. Upon learning about her struggles, the foundation extended its support by sponsoring her 3-year B.Sc. (Non-Medical) degree at RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala. Today, Vaishali is successfully pursuing her studies and is now in Year 2 of her graduation.
Her journey is not just her own—it’s also made possible by the generosity of our kind donors.
