Bedi Foundation Scholarship Project

The Trustees of Bedi Foundation are pleased to inform that a Scholarship Project has been initiated for award of financial assistance by way of a scholarship to a deserving school leaving child of Dera Baba Nanak. Mata Parshotam Kaur Bedi, wife of late Baba Pritpal Singh Bedi (14^th peerhi of the great Guru Nanak), the Settlor of Bedi Foundation Trust has very graciously donated Rupees One Million (10 Lacs) for this charitable project. Bedi Foundation will be keeping this donation as Corpus of Scholarship Fund, build further upon this fund and the annual interest accruing from this fund would be disbursed as scholarship to the school leaving deserving children of Dera Baba Nanak.

The methodology of selection would be formulated by the trustees in consultation with the Members of the Bedi Foundation. The first Scholarship will be disbursed in April, 2018 from the interest proceeds of the financial year 2017 -18.
